I’ve written about the concept, process and evolutionary nature of consciousness (see article links below), now I’d like to answer the question; what does a conscious reality look like? As we know, consciousness isn’t solely the awareness of one’s physical reality; it is also the recognition of our internal or spiritual aspect of self and life. Our goal now is to bring these realities together. Let’s explore some possibilities, as we unite these two seemingly separate worlds to create conscious communities.
Expanded Self = Expanded Reality
First of all, becoming conscious of self leads you toward a united reality or conscious connection with others. There is an expanded sense of self when you are fully in tune with your whole and authentic truth. This is why you feel your heart grow with warmth, love, abundance and appreciation – because you are feeling your Soul’s united reality within the Oneness of Creation or All that Is.
When this happens, you must also realize; everything you do affects the Whole. Every thought you think, every belief you hold and every action you take has a ripple effect upon All. Every part of your physical reality affects and is affected by your internal reality that continues to awaken.
As you enhance your awareness, the internal and united connection you feel, begins to seek physical expression. This natural progression or union begins to identify a void or a need you can fill in your community. When you find it, your internal senses Light up! Talents, knowing and wisdoms you may have not realized awaken and begin to drive you to create – from the inside, out!
Consciousness is a process of becoming – actualizing the unique gifts and talents you hold within. These beautiful qualities about you are meant to be shared. We do this by creating new paths and form that will benefit all.
We know that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world, but we are now in a new paradigm – one that awaits the deliberate reformation of our physical reality. It is time to put on our magic hats.
This new or reformed reality urges us to express our inner truth and teach others to do the same. We do this by building conscious communities that are responsible, empowering and encourage partnership, with no resemblance of our past repressive elements. The old ego based reality touts ownership, greed and competition. However, what we birth from within is the opposite. The joy of giving and sharing now becomes the reason and impetus for growth, expansion and abundance. We begin to help others – not to get, but to grow.
Benefits of a Conscious & United Reality
A conscious reality is all about growth. Conscious empowerment of self and others becomes a main priority. Inclusion, respect and true caring are paramount to the success and growth of all.
Networking becomes the new norm. By joining talents in supportive efforts we increase our power to benefit the greater good. There is a conscious understanding that what we do for others also produces rewards for each individual. For instance:
- Unity amplifies hearts and sparks creativity within individual minds and lives.
- You feel the support and assistance of others, allowing you to hone your craft and enjoy life.
- You can live from your heart with a sense of security, love and kindness that frees you in a myriad of ways.
You begin to feel and understand all are an extension of you; it is a sense of true family. You treat others as you wish to be treated – with respect and kindness. You see all as equal in value. It is building and creating community in every way that simultaneously enhances the individual.
Creating Conscious Communities
It’s time to brain storm with others who are conscious and ready to make positive changes. We can create new foundations that educate, celebrate, liberate and enhance each person and community.
Our new or enhanced forms could include: conscious support groups, community centers and gardens, structures and business that promote acceptance, respect, support, growth, connectivity, creativity and flow.
There are many people and opportunities that surround each one of us. It’s just a matter of matching individuals with the various needs of our community. For starters, there are senior citizens with wisdom and time to offer; why not pair them with children or adults who need guidance? There are troubled children and abandoned animals that could love one another. We have forest and conservation areas in need of restoration – why not educate and employ the efforts of children, veterans and seniors who could use direction and purpose. We can grow community gardens in many forms.
The union of our internal into our external world is happening. We don’t have to be alone in this endeavor. If we come together, we can create conscious communities that are abundant and express our capacity to live and love, consciously.
I would love to hear from you! Please send your ideas about how we can bring conscious form to our communities!
